Client: Cosmo (Delivery Holdings Pte Ltd) Deliverables: 3D product animation, kitchen lifestyle renders, and multiple product render sets across three separate product lines Services: 3D modeling, product animation, static/lifestyle renders
The Challenge
Cosmo needed high quality 3D visuals for a growing lineup of home products, starting with a water dispenser, and needed a partner who could move fast, work independently, and scale across future products without needing to be re-briefed each time. The first project alone bundled together 3D modeling, a full animation, and static lifestyle renders showing the product in a kitchen setting, all against a tight end of February deadline.
Our Process
The relationship started simply: Cosmo reached out directly with a project brief and a storyboard for the water dispenser video and agreed on a milestone-based structure so both sides had clear checkpoints. That first engagement was split into three milestones, building the 3D model, producing the full animation, and delivering static kitchen renders, each reviewed and approved before moving to the next.

That project set the tone for the relationship. Rather than a single one off video, it became the start of an ongoing content partnership. Within weeks, Cosmo brought us a second product, a mattress line, followed shortly by a third: a massage chair with a working recline mechanism that needed to be modeled accurately in 3D before it could be rendered in styled scenes. Each new product followed the same trusted rhythm: build the model, refine the design details, then deliver polished, high resolution renders in context.

Because trust had already been established on the first project, later ones moved faster; milestones were approved quickly, feedback was direct, and there was very little back and forth needed to align on expectations.
The Result
What began as a single water dispenser video turned into a multi product, multi month partnership covering three distinct product launches in under a year, each with its own 3D modeling and rendering needs, delivered on structured milestones with fast turnaround.
Why It Worked
- Milestone based delivery: Breaking each project into clear, paid milestones kept both sides aligned and made it easy to scope new products quickly.
- Consistency built trust: A strong first project made every following product easier to greenlight, with less negotiation and faster approvals.
- Technical accuracy mattered: For products like the reclining massage chair, getting the mechanical structure right in 3D before styling was key to a believable final render.
